How much protein are you taking in since your kidney issue? Have you reduced?
I recently started eating no more than 125-150g a day and I swear I see no difference at all other than I feel better and I my shits don't smell like a toxic waste dump anymore.

differenc is sliiight thining out, less fullness somewhat, but much less stomach bloat and less bloat under the skin, not that i had any or much before, but weirdly, the physique gets drier.but flatter.

to say its exactly the same would not be honest, but its ok, fair enough.

not sure if one can make true muscle gains like that, but to maintain its just good enough.

the feel better comes from stomach not having to deal with the permanent fullness, meat takes forever and an eternity to digest.the waist got even smaller than it was before.on empty stomach looks almost unreal.

but gains, as in muscle gains(sure one could add many carbs but the gain wouldnt be the same),i def dont think its good for that.
the gains with increased carbs would simply be more fat gained.

This explains why i got a stomach when i was competing. I ate more than 2 pounds of meat and poultry daily.  ???

just legit TRT. No phony shit either I have a script for 100mg/week. I sometimes go up to 200mg for 4-6 weeks then back down.

agree. For years I was eating more like 300/day. At 150 I feel 10x better in terms of overall health plus fats have gone way up. Like 60-70% of calories.
I basically eat 8oz meat for lunch and then 8oz for dinner and that's it. Maybe a couple whole eggs before bed.

Try again.  That was when I was eatig 4000-10,000 calories a day, trying to force feed myself to see just how much weight I could gain and how much weight I could do powerlifting.  It was really fun to do to be honest with you and I did get some pretty good numbers.

I haven`t done that since 2006 by the way.

If I did my force feeding now, I am sure I could beat my previous numbers.  Its just not worth it for me to do now.  I went up to 470 lb squat last week ATG and it felt really good.  I am doing legs twice a week now for another 8 weeks.  Only 8 more weeks to go!
