going to try this tomorrow
squats-5 sets of 5-6 reps (heavy) finish with lighter 2 sets of 20-25 reps
leg press- 3 sets 10 reps each, lighter weight 2 sets high reps(as much as possible)
extension-3 sets as much as possible
lunges 3 sets
what do you leg dons think?
gotta grow those quads!!!
