BECAUSE I TOOK YOU UP ON THE OFFER 3 MONTHS AGO WHERE IF I CRACKED 11 SECONDS IN THE 100 METER AT A BW OF 220  YOU HAD TO DELETE ACCONT AND AGREE TO BAN YOUR IP FOREVER DID I NOT?  All I said was give me some time to start running again and a good 6 mnths to train for it and I would agree to the challenge.

I just find it peculiar that your strength is identical in all your three major lifts. :D

I've deadlifted over 500lbs but struggle with anything over 225lb on the bench. ;D

5x200kg deadlift (straps paused at floor)

for 85kg weight

that was before the steronz

I gotcha.....bench I LOVE to do...so it comes easier. Squats are OK I like 225 most anything heavier feels uncomfortable. And I don't like dead lift with bar...dumbbells OK. So 4 plates was a challenge for me for 3 in all of them....

I just wanted to get to 1200 so I trained for it.....only went heavier on bench BECAUSE I LOVE bench

The rest of my lifting hx was higher reps lower weight....

Also I was in the Army and running PT at 230/235 was a nightmare (4 mile runs) thank God the food was free.... ;D

I think you’re a decent bloke Flint but its hard to take such outlandish claims seriously, unless you were as high as a kite when you wrote them. ;D

didnt bench much at all since a year mostly dumbells i think best dumbells something like 54kg x 12

but i been doing some bench pressing again this past month and i'm doing 7x120kg now

hard to compare, when naturalol i did so much bench press and locked out my arms etc for maximal power

now i just want to grow big pectorals without snappin up my shit

if people ask me what i bench i tell them that last time i tried the   bench i took 170kg........ but i always forget to tell them itwas 8 years ago and i barely cab lift the barbell  now   ;D

Good lifts Halo. You also hit some good number in the Olympic lifts too I recall. What do you reckon you could be lifting in the C&J and Snatch had you continued with that and added the juice.

My best lifts (for a single) were:

145kg squat
110kg bench
240kg deadlift

what if i took juice? not sure, it's not that simple maybe i would have snapped my shit up

your deadlift is pretty crazy compared to the rest
