Your legs are good, do hamstrings and thats all. Upper body needs work. instead of legs do some forearms workouts.
Legs were in my case one of the easiest bodyparts to get growth, especially my butt. I did 10x10 squats.
went from super skinny 18.9 inches to 25 inches in 4-5 months. Shit was crazy, like bring 18 inch guns to 25 inch guns.
