If you do deads after squats, doesn't that leave you vulverable to injury due to overcompesation with the lower back?  Anyhow, after several sets of squats, there's definetly no gas left for heavy deads.  I'm a believer that they should be spaced a few days apart minimum.

I've never tried doing squats on the same day I do deadlifts... sounds... well, hard. For a natural lifter, is that still recommended? (I'll prob stick to doing them on seperate days regardless of what is said, but you never know..)

i just do

squats
leg presses
leg ext
sldl
lying leg curl
seated calf raise
standing calr raise

I've been doiing that kind of routine for months.. if you want to add in front squats or heck squats to work on the teardrop. then use front squats and heck squats inctead of squats and leg presses.
