i cut it short with machine, a dominicana and a gypsy woman said it looked better than before

but i dont wanna go bald, very big difference between short receding hair and actually bald as fuck

keep taking that 5mg finasteride and hope for the best, transplants in future probably

used it 2010-2012 and found it useless

ditched it and got on finasteride

maybe i should have tried to combine them but i dont believe in minox

i do half deadlifts from below the knee to standing for erector spinae accorting to dorian yates principles

I did those rhe other day.

I liked the results,  felt it isolated my back better than full deadlifts.

Still do full DLs, but I see the use in 'from the knee' DLs.

old fat coach also always said that "first pull" is pure legs

i find that a funny reasoning tho

just because the back stays in the same angle to the floor doesnt mean it doesnt change it's angle to the hip joints

I have noticed the initial rep feels significantly different for me than the following ones. Maybe some truth to that?

if you deadlift with weightlifting technique as i always did

then the very first part is the hardest, once near the knee its like the easiest thing

because the hardest part is setting up the back insanely tight and pushing off the legs, not pulling on the back, as weightlifters do this exercise


so in my case half deadlifts would be way more effective to hit the spinal erectors i guess

also seems safer because you are well within limits of your flexibility and less chance to snap your shit up if you ask me as long as you dont play the ego game

Interesting I just started following dorian yates back workout routine, the only difference is I do it with high volume instead of his high intensity training style, you cannot argue with a back like this.

I am doing them out of the rack, you can use a lot of weight and you really feel it in your lower back.
