If your on anti-depressants, those things make most people hungry as fukc all the time and make you slow down and not want to do cardio and other types of shit...

I outlined exactly what I take and I am not taking any prescribed drugs.

Yes I pulled up outside the gym now.

Quick tip.

When one is training intensely in the gym, they should not be reading, thinking or posting on GB in between sets.

That's an extra 7lb of muscle a year right there.

Booty, you look much better than you give yourself credit.

I'd say enjoy yourself now and stop worrying about it. Eat healthy and eat well and clock your sessions in the gym and be happy. When the time is right you'll have a good base and you can take it up a few notches reducing cals and doing more cardio.

You had so much health issues to contend with and you got through it well. Naturally this would have set you back as to where you want to be but I find sometimes just being "ok" is a very good place to be at sometimes

u look really good there.

imo, you should keep eating and focus on the weights, cut later. You seem to be on a good run so don't stop, eat good, train good. And since you like to have figure, I don't think you will ever be too bulky because you do it naturally anyway. You can cut later, which is easy for you.

However about what excercises, what type of lifting and how much, I advice you to talk to palpatine  ;D

I know this is getbig but I need solid advice. Hopefully this thread doesn't then into a circus. Basically last year I didn't get anywhere with my training as a 660 gram fibroid / tumour was discovered in my uterus. I spent all of 2014 trying to reduce what I thought was lower belly fat. I was always doing cardio and weights was included however I made no progress. I got a myomectomy 3 months ago to remove my fibroid. The surgeon had to cut me via my previous c- section scar as it couldn't be removed any other way. It was the size of a baby's head. I started back at the gym 4 weeks later just doing brisk walking.

At 6 weeks I started weights. I am currently spitting my body up into 5 weight sessions per week. I haven't done cardio regularly because I did so much last year and because I am lazy? Strength is going up and recovery is fast. I initially lost 2 kilos after my myomectomy due to fibroid size and fluid from excess estrogen. So I weigh less than before however the scale is showing an increase of 1 kilo. My waist is smaller. Yesterday I was another kilo heavier however I got my period so it could be fluid. I am guessing it's muscle, fat and fluid. My diet is plenty of good fats, protein and yes carbs. I am hungry all the time... Big difference to last year.

I take magnesuium, iron during my period, milk thistle and 2 x DIM. I cut out soy milk in my coffees. So my ? Is should I try and cut or should I just keep building which will change my body composition? I tried to attach a pic which I took yesterday to show where I am at but it's not allowing me. Will get bigmc to post pic. Stupid glitches

If there is a question in there I don't see it?

My posting session had previously expired. So my post was to the point and I didn't go into too much detail. I am eating carbs such as rice and sweet pot with veges of all colours... Protein sources are 4 whole omelettes, chicken, fish. Fats are extra virgin olive oil, avocado and obviously what is in the chicken and yolks. I occasionally eat dessert with coffee if I have a date with friends. So my diet is not strict.

Thank devil. That's why I was asking for solid advice. I am on a good run making progress and I didn't want to stall it by cutting up too soon. I would like definition however if I reduce my calories and start doing cardio daily then I might stall my building as I will be in calorie deficit.

If I reduce my calories so that I am in calorie deficit will I continue to build as much muscle? Or should I keep doing what I am doing and slowly reduce bodyfat which I feel is happening. I am natty.

I think if you keep your protein intake high
you should be able to gain muscle while in
a calorie deficit...I would think..

Just reduce your calories enough to the point of losing fat. IF you gain any muscle it will be muscle that you are gaining back through muscle memory. At this point you are not going to gain any new muscle ever. Just keep losing fat till you are as lean as you want to be. That is the one thing that you have control over.
