imo, you should keep eating and focus on the weights, cut later. You seem to be on a good run so don't stop, eat good, train good. And since you like to have figure, I don't think you will ever be too bulky because you do it naturally anyway. You can cut later, which is easy for you.
However about what excercises, what type of lifting and how much, I advice you to talk to palpatine
