I DEMAND AN APOLOGY

Last year around this time I made a post ins about investing and decided to use as an example large well known household names me and you use on a daily basis.....BUT I was mercilessly attacked by a number of posters. Below is the performance of those SAME stocks I mentionned last year MOST OF WHICH i bought into myself at that point and over the course of Q1 and Q2 in 2014...and further below is the comments I got from the peasants last years:

Amazon Inc +6.235
Microsoft +6.325
Apple +64.72%
GE -0.04%
Master Card +16.05%

I love your a stock market wizardry in reverse. Its like choosing lotto numbers after they already draw the numbers on tv. You win all the time.

the past 5 years were a once in a life time buying opportunity. ALl investors who expect great returns like that in the future are gonna be sorely disappointed due to being unable to replicate the returns of  that time period, will turn to alcohol, and ultimately suicide.

this kinda further proves how deluded and stupid you are.

lol at the ability to look in the past and think "what if"  That is a loser mentality.  Tell me what's going to happen in the next 5 years and be correct and maybe you'll get a little respect.

If sperm was a commodity, its fair to assume that Skorp1o's anus would be a sound investment.

I'd have to sit down and work out exactly as I buy and sell throughout the year...but for the past 5 years I've been up in the double digits, mainly making the most out of the rebound effect post the crisis....the sentiment of investors did not relfect the actual prospects of many companies.

I also congratulate him on his success. However, I plan to be almost out of stocks by 2016. Historically, the chances or this bull market becoming a bear market is growing each day.

One thing that keeps the bull market going ATM is the low interest rates for savings and low returns on bonds, which means that you have few other places to put your money than in stocks.

You could, however, trade currencies and e.g. gold, but that is risky business, especially currency trading. Just think of what happened to the Swiss franc recently.
