Does Kerr just not play lee to try and differentiate himself from Jackson? Ezile can have a turnover, foul, disrupt the flow of the team (notice he comes in and warriors go cold in end of first/whole of second quarter). Much like the last time bogut played. Lee comes in for about a minute and is pulled immediately after lebron scores one time.
Their personalities must not mesh or something.
Should be green in, lee in, green in, etc. unless foul trouble. I know I've said that often but makes no sense at all.
I guess it works enough, though, just could be a lot better, IMO. The only game they won comfortably that is what they did.
