had a shoulders session last night:
-4 sets dumbbell press
-3 sets dumbbell side laterals
-3 sets dumbbell rear delt raises
-3 sets dumbbell shrugs
never use anything else for shoulders, always dumbbells, I believe you have much better movement control with dumbbells.
after shoulder session, 15 minutes of incline treadmill cardio session.
I have noticed a great fat burning results since I have started doing incline treadmill at 10% incline at medium speed, a couple weeks ago.
Much better for fat burning than doing it on flat.
Today is cardio day only, sixth consecutive visit to gym and tomorrow is a rest day with plenty of carb refeed
