I prefer decline bench presses to flat or incline. I do them on the Smith because I don't need a spot since I can rack the weight at pretty much any point, which reduces the fear of dropping the weight on my neck. There is also a Hammer Strength machine design as a wide grip decline press even though you do them sitting up in the machine. Since you aren't working against gravity, you need to up the weight.
i agree,,i do decline dbells if i do them,dips by far is the best overall chest/upperpec delt you can do ,donny is on this too,,,prime hope all is well on your front as well,my wife is getting there ,but she's doing too much ,its tough 3 kids ,1 is a baby she needs to be mother ,i do laundry .fold,dishes by hand,dishwasher fill and uunload,outsie i had to dig in inches of snow and ice to find oil cap so oil company can bring oil,,it never ends i do all yhis after that massive 'leg workout'.
