It always held him back. Would be hugely frustrating to have 1 bodypart that keeps you from winning at the highest level and not being able to do anything about it.

Yup,in a few of his later contests he did have decent abs.......however,he always had a smallish tight waist.

He had some upper development but mostly looked very smooth. However as you said he had a small waist & it was tight.

I tried these, fun gadget, never used one enough to see whatever results they promised. Also I had a big green one that you could adjust the springs on for grip only.

Yeah same here but I was a kid when I got one with a Bullworker 😄

Never caught a nipple but did pinch my fingers a few times. Now I have the Captains of Crush to play with.

I have the 1.5, 2 and 2.5 which equates to 167.5lbs, 195lbs and 237.5lbs. Pretty challenging to close. The heaviest is the #4 at 365lbs.

Yeah that's weird. I bet his hand is too small to grip the gripper so he clamped it to make it smaller.
