yeah i have fallen in love with lunges lst few yrs great way to end workout,,,as for the stairs its about 20 steps up what i do i skip the 1st one and plant foot to 2nd and then skip again and other leg follows so its 12 up usually then turn around and its all 20 down i kinda fast pace down ,then turn around back up so i do this 2x then rest and go again 2x and i use 50 lb dbells it hurts but nice hurt,,,i usually train with someone not yesterday i usually clock in at an 1 hr for quads,hams ,calves,,,thanxs for positive feedback..

It´s no wonder you have such great Leg development ..

Perhaps you are right. However, sometimes some things get in the way of training. I know I have come up with a goodly number of excuses lately.

lifted today, bench, overhead press, bb rows, curls, and then a 2 mile walk with the dogs in the rain.

chest today did a 'donny' workout a bit supersetting
pretty strong considering the pump..
fdb press 60,70,70,reps 12,10,8 supersetted with db flat flyes 40,45,45 dbs,,reps 10/10/8
smith incl supersetted with hammer mid press 10 reps per superset eac movement
cable crossovers with bodyweight dips ,,,

tris
overhead rope outs supersetted with reverse grip pulldowns
tri dip machine superset w/pushdowns
finished cable kickbacks..

abs..

Nice workout njflex i like it. I will also superset today With my chest +back workout.

I will do a very short intense workout because of time limitations today(its Xmas Day in Germany):

Parallel Bar Dips With
Chinning the bar Maximum reps on Both Exercises For 5 sets each.

short but 5 hard sets on each and it will work all my pulling and pushing muscles. Quality of Training !!

It is Christmas eve where I live. My wife and I are chilling out. We tried calling our son, but they were probably out at a German Christmas bash (fest). Germans celebrate on Christmas eve. I just ran to McDonald's for some chicken McNuggets for a snack for us. My suggestion for dinner was chicken enchiladas and salad. My wife thought that sound good. Tomorrow we are fixing a prime rib. We celebrate Christmas on Christmas day.

After Margie goes to bed, I'll wrap her presents. I am a last minute sort of guy with a Santa beard. LOL!

my christmas eve dinner even tho i'm american keeping italian tradition is some way,,,7 fishes course i do five have in laws over here the meal..
course 1
antipasto with provolone,parmigano reggiano,stuffed peppers with breadcrumbs,tomatoes,anchovies,,artichokes,assorted olives,shrimp cold,
mozzarella and tomatoe and basil ,pepperoni bread,baccala

course 2 cooked mussels with diced tomatoes and stuffed scallops,bread,,

course 3 lobster ravioli w vodka sauce,,

dessert ,,espresso,reg cofee,,homeade choc mousse,homeade cookies biscotti,peanut butter,apple pie,,

wine of course red,,,,

You Italians, I don't know how you can eat such quantities of delicious food and not all be as big as houses. Is it the wine?

No hang over but my kitten threw up on me at 1am and so I got very little sleep due to cleaning and then being cold all night as my doona was in the laundry. I skipped my workout from lack of sleep.

later you can take a nap... I have 2 rabbits at home.. i like animals.
