I'm glad I stumbled onto this thread.. I'm getting some great ideas/variations from you fookers! :-*
Yes good to have you join us Alex.  I am getting lots of good ideas here also.

So today I trained delts and did cardio indoors as it's still too hot outside to walk.

Delts.

Db shoulder presses x 4 sets
Upright rowes x 4 sets
db lateral raises x 3 sets

30 mins cardio consisting of 15 mins treadmill and 15 mins bike

I am lucky I live on the coast and even though we had very bad floods a few years ago, lately it seems that floods are occuring inland and so it hasn't happened here.  The floods are 4 hours south of me so the only issue I am having is that my town is low on stock like food and water as the trucks are unable to get up because of roads that are flooded and closed.  I went shopping today and there were many shelves empty.
I just want this weather to ease up a bit though.  It has been 45 degrees celicus during the day here and around 35 degrees celicus at night.

Yeah I don't know how some do it.  I know someone who was mowing lawns and threw their job in because of the heat.  I live on the coast in a town half way between Cairns and Brisbane.  It's not in a remote area.

That's the most important thing, that no one was badly hurt. I like your attitude, some folks get all stressed out over these kinds of things which eventually happen to almost everyone.

Thank you for the kind words everyone...so today i will hit legs...
warm up and Abs:
hanging knee raises 3x20-30
double crunch 2x30-50

Leg extension 3x15 with
leg curls         3x15

Tri-set
Barbell squats 3x10
Barbell hack squats 3x10
Barbell Fronts 3x10
This tri set really taxes you and i do not ever use a heel raise but rely on my ankle flexibility. I do the leg Extensions first superset with leg curls to get my legs warmed up. I will after this do 4x15 calf raises (standing)
