Today i trained shoulders:
warm up and Abs  
Tri set:
Front raises 3x10
side raises 3x10
rear delt raises 3x10

Barbell clean and press(from Floor) 5x8-10 (felt these after the raises)
DELTS 2 NITE DUDE....

yeah blast them man...mine are pumped still. I mean after the laterals my delts were tired and so i did the clean and press to finish it off. More i did not need to do... soon i´m going for a run.

I'VE DONE TRISET FEW WKS AGO ,,PRESS/SIDE LATERAL/REAR LATERAL 3X AROUND DELTS PUMPED THROUGH SHIRT LIKE 2 CANTELOPES LOL...

an old friend got in touch with me and send me a photo from about 1988 when we did ceremonial at Edinburgh Castle...was it so long ago?? the time goes fast. I am the second man from the left in the middle row...was just a boy then lol...

yes i like the photo and i must admit i do not have many from that time..i never botherd much about keeping old stuff but when this was taken i had some great times with the guys in Edinburgh...drinking and girls... ;D

I need the fresh air... ;D you are lucky you stay lean all year round. I never get fat but i like to work my heart a bit.

i know steve...i have always liked to run and cycle around too. cycling in summer i enjoy and gives my legs a workout too.

thank you Jay i have made an appointment (Really) i need to do it. the medicine they gave me was salofalk stik(stick) whch ís granules i swallow on my tongue, more direct than tablets.

I have known other people with colitis and so I have and idea as to how bothersome this disease is.  Good for you taking control and making an appointment with your doctor. I will entertain positive thoughts that the doctor will find some relief for you.

Today i trained legs..
jumping rope with Dumbbell swings to warm up

I did a very simple tri set today:
Leg extensions 5x15
squats 5x10
leg curls 5x15

seated Barbell calf raises 5x15-20
While only doing 3 exercises sounds not a lot doing it tri set style is working non stop and by the 4/5 sets i was feeling it. The leg extensions warmed up my quads and pre exhausted my quads and so i did not need very heavy weight at all to do the job.

yes it is a very awkward illness and i suppose i have just sort of got used to it as best i can. I do not like taking medicine and when you are ill you have to take cortisone and your face blows up like a ball... :( screws up your training too for a period. It´s an illness that is always dormant and you feel ok then suddenly it´s triggered and you are really screwed up.
