Outstanding. Look solid and hard.
I took a photo of myself at the gym today using my smart phone. I'd thought to post it here as a before photo, since I have been mostly not getting to the gym on any regular basis for over a year now. Unfortunately, after I loaded it into the computer and opened it on a larger screen, it was so disgusting, that I deleted the photo instead. Not only am I old fat and hairy looking, I had a grim expression and the photo was out of focus. The good news is that I had another (second one this week) great workout. Still using "pussy" weights and sticking primarily to Nautilus equipment, but I did up the weight about 10 lbs. on most exercises. I am using between 60 and 210 lbs. on the weight stack. The lower weight is for no compound smaller muscle groups and the higher for my strength which is legs. I can't believe I was doing 6 reps with 1,000 lbs. on the leg press before I started sloughing off. Now I am using 210 lbs. on the Nautilus leg press. Still if I increase the weights 10 or more lbs. a week, I'll be back to where I was in no time.
