thanks for sharing guys,,,,,back to buisness...yesterday i did some painting on the house to spruce it up painted shutters to match siding beige/front door brown in a nice chocolate brown,painted back door leading out to steps for backyard same color,,i have side entrance door as well i did that in fall in that brown ,,so i'm all matching lol,,stickler for asthetics on home ...went to gym for leg day very sore today

calved leg press and then toes pointing in standing calf raise
then came home grilled,2 glasses wine,,
