fdb press 40 lol/55/60/65 for 5 then drop to 50 8 more enjoy the drops,,seems each wk 5 lb heavier db ,,better than 25/30's

hammer press sit up plate loaded x3 last set got to 2 plates and 25 per side for hard 8,,happy there,,was at a single 45 per side back post injury,,

superset cable crossovers and pushups feet elevated torso pitched down 10/10 x2 nice pump here very full...
seated chest stack loaded type x2 with dips as many as i could do better than 'zero'getting stronger dip wise
