i post all my workouts and pics to follow,, ,,some side and partial rear shots and u could get an idea where all my heavy back workouts and effort have gone...in the gym i wear long track suit pants all yr and nike sweat fit shirts never ,,ever tank top unless beach,,nobody at gym other than training partner seen me ,,other than u guys lol,,,

Hammer behind neck press, 5X15-6 @ 50 to 110 lbs.
Smith seated front press, 5X15-4 @ 90 to 150
Nautilus side lateral raise, 4X12-6 @ 85 to 125
Body Masters rear delt, 4X15-8 @ 50 to 80
Hammer BP machine shrugs, 4X15-8 @ 90 - 230
Cable upright rows, 3X12 @ 82.5
Nautilus low back, 3X20 @ 90
Nautilus rotary torso, 2X25 @ 60
Ab coaster, 2X25 @ BW
Nautilus crunches, 2X25 @ 75 to 85

Don't know what to call this machine except that it simulates running (I'll have to take a photo of it) 4X12 @ BW to 90; I did this to keep my knees simulated and exercise my flat ass.

did extensions 1st 175 x12/190 x12/205 x12/220 x12/235x12/250 x12...1st 2 sets were light,knees needed warm up early morning workout lol,,
leg press 4 plates x12/5 platesx12/6x10/7 x10
squat 225x12/275x12/315x12 pumped close feet version,,,

hams sldl 135x12/185x12/225x12
seated leg cuel sit up version,,180x12/195x12/210x10,,,,did alot of 12's weight felt heavy but moved nice,,

calves leg press x3 and seated calf x3...

What has me pissed is you using so gosh darn much weight. How the hell am I ever going to catch up to you? Here is my wimpy workout (still nursing my knee). Note: I realized that I forgot the paper with my workout routine and progress printed on it when I got to the gym, so I improvised. My goal was lots of reps. I think I achieved this.

Quads and Calves:

Nautilus leg extensions, 5X20-10 @ 100 to 140 lbs.
Standing calf raises, 5X20-10 @ 180 to 260
Leg press, 5 X 25-10 @ 100 to 500 added weight
Leg press calf raises, 4X20-12 @ 200 added weight

Seated calf raise, 4X25-8 @ 90 to 135


Knee feels okay tonight.

 seated machine press 3x8-10

 Incline bench cable crossovers 3x12 Superset with
 Incline smith machine press 3x8-10

I run out of steam on the last two so i did 1 set.. so Job done.. only pain is Setting up the bench all the time and the cables left/right but on the whole a good feel to it ..

finished with cable crunches 3x15.

I was experimenting a bit Steve....was fun... take angles to the extreme...the last exercise you could do Dips/machine Dips...i was too tired.

How many laps did you swim in your kid's pool?  ;D

Are you rubbing it in with the comment that you were still pumped? I am not sure if I even feel a little sore this morning from my leg workout.

Thin crust chicken garlic is my favorite pizza.

I am working on my posture, well, not at this moment since I am slouched in the desk chair. Anyway, I found some do at home exercises for forward head syndrome. I started doing these yesterday. Damn, I am going to be so hot looking someday!  ;D

Fine, my lawn needs mowing soon too. I think I will mow naked, pumped and flexed. You know, to give the neighbor ladies a treat. Luckily, I'll be far enough away that they won't notice I don't have your vascularity.  :D
