warmed up,set 1 leg press 3 plates x10 with extensions 190x10,set 2,, 4 plates x10 with extensions 205 x10,set 3 ,5 plates x10 with extensions 220 x10,set 4 .6 plates x10 with extensions 220 x10
next,,,hack squat 3 plates x10 with 60 lb bar on shoulder walking lunges 12 steps per leg ,4 plates x10 same lunge,4 plates x10 hack same lunge
wiped at this point...
hams sldl db 50 x10 with leg curls 125 x10,50 x10 /leg curl 135 x10,60 lb db x10 /140 x10 leg curl,same for last set...
calves leg press calf raise 3 plates x10 with seated calf raise 2.5 plates x10,next 2 sets did 3.5 plates on press x10 with calf raise 3 plates on front x10 ..
legs are pumped ,,came home ate
