Haha no, this isn't Canada, so the area isn't that large.
It takes about 50 minutes to walk around this lake.
But first I'm gonna take a cold shower, since the sun is shining.

definately not a troll. For some reason this lady for the past 3 days has been following me around every board harassing me. My husband told me to document all the slander and we are looking into a restraining order. Never spoken a word to her, not sure her problem. Try to ignore jealous people but she keeps slandering me. Sad that people act like this.

Over here the air is way too humid in the summer, right now about 80% :-X ,so no serious hiking.

warmed up,set 1 leg press 3 plates x10 with extensions 190x10,set 2,, 4 plates x10 with extensions 205 x10,set 3 ,5 plates x10 with extensions 220 x10,set 4 .6 plates x10 with extensions 220 x10

next,,,hack squat 3 plates x10 with 60 lb bar on shoulder walking lunges 12 steps per leg ,4 plates x10 same lunge,4 plates x10 hack same lunge
wiped at this point...

hams sldl db 50 x10 with leg curls 125 x10,50 x10 /leg curl 135 x10,60 lb db x10 /140 x10 leg curl,same for last set...

calves leg press calf raise 3 plates x10 with seated calf raise 2.5 plates x10,next 2 sets did 3.5 plates on press x10 with calf raise 3 plates on front x10 ..

legs are pumped ,,came home ate  :D,,,,,i like training morning best empty stomach,,train at night usually...

Actually, there is bad blood between these two gals. It would be nice if they worked through there issues, just not in this thread.

An Internet "troll" is someone who posts off topic and is deliberately inflammatory. None of the post in this thread so far from either Booty or Tightbody are trolling posts. It would be good it stays this way. As far as I am concerned, anyone who post maturely should be welcome here....not that it is my call.

Cook any of you in bulk? I've just finished 14 meals.
Each meal has about:
100 grams of chicken breast
150 grams of white rice
a small cup of veggies
1 tablespoon of olive oil.

The macros: 33 grams of protein, 8 grams of fat and 120 grams of carbs (705 kcals)

Since I'm a lazy chef, I've cooked everything in one large pan.

I often think I might eat a lot cleaner if I were the only one to be concerned about. Although my wife might be healthier had she been on a bodybuilding diet all these years, I would never have imposed this on her or our kids. Although it probably can be done, it is pretty inconvenient to prepare separate meals for those who want to eat a certain way. Anyway, that's my excuse for not always eating clean.

On the plus side, I have convinced my wife to eat a lean burger, either salmon of beef with cottage cheese and a sliced tomato for dinner every now and again. I think she actually likes this meal. Can't do this too often because she is not supposed to have a lot of protein due to her having kidney failure.

Yes, I live alone, which makes it much easier to stay consistent with foods. Man, I remember the arguments with my last ex, haha. She complained about my picky attitude, since she loved to eat 99% of the foods. I can understand her small frustrations from a social point of view.
Should I ever meet a nice woman, then I would absolutely choose a LAT relationship.

Things can become pretty complicated, in case you do have a family or you're living together with someone. I think it's best to discuss this with your partner and find a satisfying solution. Maybe you can cook multiple foods in bulk and combine them after this for her and your own needs? It's a huge time saver, but it requires some planning before you start (long live Excel!)
