Where am I? Do you mean since yesterday when I last posted on the Mature thread? Are you having a mature (senior) moment, Donny?

I've been back at the gym for over a week. My workouts are going well. I am pretty much over the bronchitis and aside from a little bit of an upset stomach, which I assume is from the antibiotic, I feel good. My legs are sore from Tuesday's workout which makes me happy because they don't always get sore, so I never know if I am doing enough to get them to grow....like Steve's.  ;D

Apparently when Chaos deleted posts yesterday, he also deleted my workout post.

Yesterday arms

Weight 207

Seated alternate dumbbell curls: 5X15-8
Triceps press-downs, 6X15-6
Cable EZ curl, 4X12-8
Flex triceps machine, 4X15-8
Nautilus multi biceps, 3X15-10
Nautilus triceps press downs, 3X15-10
Nautilus 4 way wrist machine 4X15
Cable reverse curls 3X12-8

I left off the resistance because it did not change from my last arm work out a month ago, which is a good thing.

Actually, I also weighed in on the little tiff between you and Chaos yesterday, but my posts have been deleted. I see no reason to resurrect them and the argument. Better to let it rest.

I want to do booty she left damn.
I haven't left.  I am still here.  Just been too slack to post up my training.  I am enjoying reading everybody elses training posts and dribble.   ;D  But I need to post more.  Okay I will start now... :P  I got up on monday at 5.30am and went for an hours cardio at 6am.  It was still dark outside and slightly raining.  I still wore my sunnies though even though I couldn't see HAHA  I actually did because I knew that in 15 mins the sun would be shining...yes even in winter.  I haven't trained since monday as I have had pms and upping my B6.  I have noticed that I feel very tired leading up to my period.  I bet you all left now  HAHA   ;D  But seriously this pms sucks big time.  I have had around 6 X the daily amount of B6 to reduce my breast tenderness and size and hopefully fluid retention that is building in my thighs and abdomin.

B6 helps serotoin and the nervous system. And I would assume PMS not sure on that never had it  ;D. But good to hear you are back into doing some walking and such. I remember Bonsai beach at 6am still got the pics. I never been to Qeensland but the Sydney blokes crack on it. I am sure its ok are there many Abo's there.

It's supose to eliminate fluid retention and breast tenderness/swelling.  My nervous system is fine...I don't feel moody or down or anything.  I just hate the phsyical symptons from pms.  I have been back training for a while now.  I have to add that my nose is doing fantastic.  I still have some swelling but its not much and my bridge is narrower which is what I wanted, as i didn't want to resemble a while aborigine.   ;D  I also have noticed that when I wear my sunnies it's not leaving such a mark on the bridge of my nose as it was.  So that is an indication that swelling is decreasing.  Training wise, swelling is not increasing.  I always have some but it never changes with anything that I do.  So I am very happy.

B6 effects serotoin and the nervous system probably why you fell better taking it. Good to hear you are ok. I remember walking on Bonsai at 6:00 am still got the pics.

Seriously?! We're discussing PMS here?
Yes because it affects me and my training every single month.  Hormones play a massive role with how you feel...energy levels etc.  I am a female and pms makes me feel like utter crap for a week to a week and a half leading up to my period.  I had pms for two weeks recently and that is what made me go and seek out the B6 because that is affecting me for way too long.  I can't even fit my bras including my sports bra so how am I supose to exercise?  The heaviness and pain associated with it is enough to make me feel miserable.  You men are lucky...you only have to deal with pms and constant bitching 365 days of the year  ;D  HAHA  get it?  Its a joke

I am more than okay.  I went to a beauty seminar last night and won something.  So I am happy.   :)  Alot of people walk on the beaches very early mornings here.  I think early mornings and afternoons around 5pm are best for beach walks.  It's not hot then and better for the skin.  Hows your training been?  Have you been getting out much to ride your bike??

How do your hormones affect your training TightBody?   Do your breasts swell so much you can't fit into your bras?  are they tender?   And what about your thighs?  Do they swell like your succulent bosom?

I won the VIP membership to a beauty clinic worth $100.  I get free beauty treatments every season and 10 Per Cent off everything all year round.  I go there anyway so it will come in handy.   :)  I know you mentioned your dad and how you feel as though he is riding with you when ever you take the bike out.  It's good that this keeps your memory alive of him and he probably is with you in soul.  If you are spirtual which I know that you are then you would know he's with you, especially when you take the bike out.
