...i like being on beach all day,get color,ocean air,salt from ocean ,,then shower with good soap with scrub to it ,,good after sun lotion ,,there is no better look than that after a cold,white skinned winter,,,

I love the ocean, you always feel so healthy after a good swim.  I don't wash my hair afterwards until the next day as I find the salt really gives it alot of body.

There's many hair products on the market with salt in it to add body.  They are selling it calling it "sea salt".  I was always told to wash my hair after a swim in the ocean but I stopped years and years ago because my hair never looked better after a swim in the ocean.  Also I love how it really washes out your nose.  It's good for clearing up a cold thats lingering around.  Yep skin looks amazing too...it has that glow to it.

I will have to throw in a massage with that Steve.  I do love the feel of manly muscles and nice skin.   

Hey wait. I am in line too. I love getting a massage. Do you do deep tissue massage? I may not have as many manly muscles as Steve, but you can pretend. Don't be upset if the massage puts me to sleep, they are so relaxing.

Kidding aside, I have a great masseuse. He does deep tissue massage and since he is also a good friend of mine, he gives me a 90 minute massage for the price of a 60 minute massage. He'd probably do it for free, but I won't hear of it. I haven't been to see him since before I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. That's almost been a year and a half. Time for me to get back into the therapeutic benefits of massage. If I can get my doctor to prescribe them, my medical insurance covers most of the cost.
