inc rows on bench ..lay face down on bench inclined pull dbells up as high as u could go..
low pulley rows cable under grip x3
cable pulldowns narrow grip stand in front stretch up and pull to waist,basicallt staning pulldown lol,,,like a pullover too..
upper back row cable pulled to chest and stretched out ,good for rhombois/rear traps upper

inc curls used 30's 12/15
hammers on pad hanging over,i don't have scott curl so i improvised
dbell curls with 45's x2
reg old schoolcurl bar curls x3
abs
at home its sometimes better than going into cold to gym espon day off holiday...
