Ok ... thanks... so today a full Body blaster...Deadlifts 5x5Bent over BB rows 5x5BB bench press 5x5BB shoulder press 5x5BB curls 5x6-10no cardio today, beasted myself yesterday hardcore cardio. tomorrow i will do some cross Trainer and rowing.. my lower arms scream with rowing and i mix my grips up when doing it. I have small Hands so grip strength wise it punishes me. I am getting better with Deadlifts and the Basic Barbell lifts are helping.

great... i like the simplicity of your workouts. I beasted myself on the cross Trainer after work a hard 30 mins Interval. love the pain...gets my pumper going Tomorrow some weights.
