back workout...followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill.


lat pulldowns   3 sets

hammer strength reverse grip rows  3 sets

chest supported t bar rows  3 sets

deadlifts(from shin level) 3 sets
guess itīs my Internet.... Keep up the cardio too. today i was tired but did my 30 mins hard.

Ok ... thanks...  so today a full Body blaster...

Deadlifts 5x5
Bent over BB rows 5x5
BB bench press 5x5
BB shoulder press 5x5
BB curls 5x6-10

no cardio today, beasted myself yesterday hardcore cardio. tomorrow i will do some cross Trainer and rowing.. my lower arms scream with rowing and i mix my grips up when doing it. I have small Hands so grip strength wise it punishes me. I am getting better with Deadlifts and the Basic Barbell lifts are helping.

Yea that's it. Not a fan of the handles though...too thin.

great... i like the simplicity of your workouts. I beasted myself on the cross Trainer after work a hard 30 mins Interval. love the pain...gets my pumper going  ;) Tomorrow some weights.

hi hi ;D wish i had Steve, just Training for strength but not eating like a pig and doing my Cardio. i like doing say just squats for my lower Body or Deads, Barbell rows i have always loved. Just really simple. i can use all the stuff in the Gym but i just like concentrating my energy on a few Basic moves. Depends on your Goal really.
