inc dbell superset with inc flyes these pumped the crap out pecs ..60/60/65... 40/40/40  shoot for 10x10
hammer press low/pec press 2/2.5/3 plates per side ..15/10/10
cable crossovers x3
dips x2 sets 20 nice finish

tris superset today good work

rope overhead ss with rope pushowns x3
dip machine with cable kickbacks x3
db close bench press 'dbells close palms hands face each other brought on top chest pressed straight up ,elbows close locked in 'press up hits tris good.

Maybe a bit late, but I would like to thank Jay/Prime for his suggestion to try coconut oil as conditioner, good stuff!

yeah great pump ,tri/supersets I rotate in around a heavy one,,i still think the set to set hi rep works tris best pump wise,i still like heavy day evry 3rd rotation to stay strong/shock with heavier weight.my tri set's still is pretty heavy ass weight ,so the whole 'heavy rest 60 sec or few minutes to go heavier means crap...

i have two sets of dip bars in the home gym one on a power tower and one built in on my gymbatics bench. one is narrowerer[is that a word?] pics taken 2 weeks after a 5 month enforced layoff.

Funky Bro doing his Thing... ;D you can get Dip Bars which you can bolt to your wall to save space.. maybe a good option.

I prefer a V-shaped version to ease the stress on the wrists, and a thick frame as well, though this can be fixed with thick grips.
