Yeah, even between 9-10 PM
I sleep badly when itīs warm. Donīt know how Steve handles it where he is. I mean what we think of as warm is nothing to some parts of the US. I Sound like a real pussy   :D

I was pumped hard by then and they really felt tight 9 reps on last 2 sets died at same point,,i did them cause you and Donny were discussing them/gironda talk...I used to them for a while evry chest workout, work better than inclines I think..

Make sure you have a good spotter or perform them in a smith machine.
I don't do them myself since I train alone, but every now and then I visit a trainer.

back tonight ..

Wide grip pulldowns 4 sets
BB rows 4 sets
T-Bar rows 3-4 sets
BB Pullovers 3 sets.

Abs: machine crunches  Cardio: Cross Trainer 30 mins interval.
Always felt the Rowing movements are more important than chins. T-Bars iīll do tonight. Have to stick a bar in a Corner and use a Close grip attachment. Still gets the Job done. lower back i trained yesterday with stiff deads.

Hard to say..., the contraction is different. I believe that a good back workout has 3 'ingredients'; a chin/pull down, a row and a deadlift/hyperextention. No need to throw a dozen of movements for total development.

I START WITH CHINS EVERY WORKOUT..
AND 2-3 ROW MOVEMENTS
AND A PULLDOWN USUALLY REVERSE
ALWAYS HYPERS

yeah. I know and i have done very simple workouts myself. My workouts are not rocket science because i like you channel my energy on the meat and bones exercises. I do however believe BB rows are the best for thickness and width. Having worked lower back to a degree last night i still donīt have a Problem with rowing 1 day later. I think doing back then legs is worse.  I also love BB Pullovers they really work chest and back. Feel my lats with them more so than with cables. Itīs the concentration, Zane philosophy which i integrate in my Training. really drag the Bar over with my LATS..concentrate and feel it.

Sounds good. I start with chins/pull ups as well, since I'm more weak in those movements. This must be my mid-back area, which is like the upper chest; hard to develop... Rows were never a problem and I love hypers as 'dessert'.

Chins are of course harder for most People. the upper back area gets a lot of work too with upright rows/shrugs and rear delt work.

That reminds me to one of my pull workouts from last week: deads, wide pull ups & db upright rows (all 10x10)

You never wend to Schreveningen beach? That's a popular destination among Germans, though I wonder why, the North Sea isn't that special.

Looks great. Holland is just up the road so i might just visit it. Then again iīll probably end up getting locked up ;D if i do come and visit you iīll leave the wife here... ;) Remember when i worked for baker Oil Tools here in celle we had a couple of Dutch guys there. One was always bringing back weed and offered to get me it.. thanked him but i donīt like it myself. was a good guy. always laughing and joking no doubt stoned most of the time. He was learning Engineering and was a very intelligent guy. wonder if he made it was a likeable guy.
