Trying hard to intensify my training. Today was back, chest and abs.
Three sets of 10 down to 4 reps on slow pull palms facing inward pull ups.
One set of Smith Machine bent over rows to failure.
Two supersets of machine flys and machine bench press both to failure.
Two sets (one warm up) of machine sit ups. Done.
I have no one to train with and so it is difficult to really push myself but I will continue to try. I also have to realize that if I get hurt it is over for a while and so I think I will alternate between HIT and volume depending upon how I feel in the physical and mental sense of the word.
Intensity for immensity? Let's hope so! Train hard, lads!
