Did an Early morning workout and cardio today. Working a bit later on today. prefer training later on in the Day but just the way it goes.

one arm DB spider curls 3 sets
lying DB extensions 3 sets
incline ez bar extensions 3 sets
one arm cable kickbacks 3 sets
Standing calf raises on the smith machine 5 sets
Doing the spider curls i got some funny looks. a lot of young guys donīt know what they are. probably thought i did not know how to use a preacher bench...
Cardio was mixed, 15 mins crosser,15 mins bike,10 mins rowing.
