Mind you at 4 am there aint that many people working out...Hardcore enough Scotty. i know you do it because of your sleeping problem. i would do some Stationery bike for my cardio and to work legs a bit.

My bad leg no longer bends enough to ride.  I have a recumbent bike that I had given thought to putting on a track stand in the garage but there's no way it will bend much past a few degrees.  As complications from surgery have taken a toll on me I am not keen to go back under the knife, LOL!

I am still in therapy so there's still a chance.  I recently got my BiPaP and it helps me to sleep roughly 6 hours at a time and I no  longer stop breathing.  Before it was for up to three minutes at a time.  I have always hoped the Angel of Death looked like Sandra Bullock... ;D

Shoulders, arms and abs today. It went well too.

back last night ..

Front chins 4 sets
Close grip underhand chins 4 sets
Barbell rows 4 sets
straight arm lat pulldown 3 sets

Cardio 15 mins bike, 15 mins, crosser,10 mins rowing.  the rowing really kills my forearms at the end of a back workout. I turn the intensity high up and switch grips starting with a normal hands over grip then an underhand grip and finally i swap to a mixed grip. Really pumps up my lower arms and finishes off my back. 10 mins is a long time at high intensity going hard.. ;D

I always liked Emmanuelle Seigner who played with Johnny Depp in the Film The Ninth Gate...

Gonna try it. Nice. I think as long as the muscle(s) are hit why not try new things? all good. Was out earlier on on my Mountain bike and got blasted by massive hail stones. Really stung on the face.. the weather is really fucked up at the moment.

Our granddaughter, whose wedding I went to last summer in Uettingen, Germany, is pregnant. The baby is due next November. If all goes well, my wife and I will be great-grandparents. How wild is that?

Our son arrives here from Germany for a visit with us. We are looking forward to Easter with family and friends. He'll probably only be here about a week before he has to go to either Ohio or D.C. for some business meetings.

My wife is doing well on dialysis. She's much more alert. She's actually awake and doing things most of the day lately. There's a possibility she will be able to discontinue dialysis soon because her lab work suggests that her kidney's have regained some function. From what I could find out this is rare, but it does sometimes happen.

An excellent film and a stunningly beautiful woman, my friend!

Back, chest and abs today.  I had to take a break to fix something so it took me almost an hour to get it all done.  I feel pretty good.  Another doc appointment coming up Monday.  Nothing compared to what Prime and his beloved go through together, mind you.  First world medical problems is what I have I know... ;D

We're having a quiet day here too. It started out with a delicious breakfast our daughter fixed. There's some cooking going on in the kitchen right now. If I go out there, I'll get roped into helping. LOL! An old friend is coming over around 3:00 p.m. -Did not have to drive down to Salem to get my sister because she called to beg off coming because she doesn't feel well. This is a first for her.

Donny, isn't tomorrow also a holiday for you? My son said Monday following Easter is a German holiday.
