Happy Easter everyone. My wife made seafood risotto with clams, shrimp, scallops and other stuff. She also made a turkey with stuffing for some of the foolish seafood hating guesses. She wrapped asparagus cooked in garlic with bacon. The best was the Italian Easter pie. It had prosciutto, capicola, bacon, and italian cheeses in it. Home stuffed cannoli and ice cream sundaes for desert. Italian and California wines were uncorked. There is no way you can have an Italian wife and be ripped.
Church was packed and the Priest said I hope to see everyone more than twice a year.
