I walk 3/4mile then jog 1/4mile x 4 4times a week, just to keep the heart healthy, im not getting any younger

I have no more dislike for him than I do anyone else.

Reason I post in his threads is because he bites, he's very sensitive to criticism and melts.

I really don't know why he still melts every time I post, you will have to ask him that.

For the record, the guy is in good shape, not as good as he should be if he's taking what he's taking and dieting as strictly as he makes out though.
We actually have similar physiques although mine is kept year round and with a fraction of the gear and anal retentive dieting.
I can look like Sev eating crunchy nut cornflakes three times a day

You still training the same way, taking 250mg per week and eating sub 2000 calories? I tried that and the results weren't brilliant I managed to lose fat but couldn't gain any muscle and it just didn't work for me. I had to up the calories quite significantly to see any progress.
