This happened while I was driving but I didn't get the guy's plate number. Is it worth reporting to police or should I not bother? Here's basically what happened....this guy honked at me first bc we almost hit but it was his fault bc he didn't realize the lanes shifted. So I honked back and then he flipped me off. Then we came to a stop next to each other and I rolled down my window and said "learn how to fuckin drive dude" and then he pulled a gun out of his waistband but then kinda fumbled with it and dropped it. Then light turned green and I sped off. He seemed to be following me bc he got behind me in my lane, so I saw a cop car up ahead and got right behind it. Then I turned off to get on interstate at last minute and he didn't follow.

happened once to me only guy blocked the road by turning sideways in front of my car. he got out gun in hand... pointed the gun at me and said" ain't so tough now are you?" i said no, i guess not... he laughed and went back to his car and left. this was the early 70's. don't remember car or even what guy looked like...didn't even think to notify the police...

Nope, he knows the guy had a gun. The law will lean to his side. At the very least, if the guy has a chl, he will lose it for flashing his gun.

and when the guy says that was his cell phone not a gun? Its his word against the guys.

Even if someone hits you and run and has damage on their car its still his word against yours.

Imagine a trial....Oh he pulled a gun! Got any witnesses? No....CASE CLOSED! Even if he had a gun you still need eye witnesses to convict.

Rule number one: Fuck the police. So don't even think about talking to the law, ever.

Rule number two: Don't honk or act tough behind the wheel unless you are literally ready to die or go to jail or option d

Rule number three: Realize that you ain't shit in this huge design called world, so don't act like you own shit and don't try shit.

Apply those three rules everyday and you will stay out of trouble, mostly.

Haha, I almost got hit crossing an intersection the other day. Dude passed like a foot in front of me and honked so I kicked the side of the car as hard as I could.

Was praying that he would swing back around and get out of his car but they never do. $:-\$

Dont get the cops involved. Go to Walmart or Amazon and get one of these for when driving. If you had the guy doing what you say on video, and the guy had anything of value, i'm guessing you could have gotten a min/ of 10 grand from the guy in a civil suit after you say you're having trouble sleeping. lol. Or if you would have been shot and killed, your family would have the guy on video. Next time roll down the window and say "smile for the camera"

That being said I did chuckle at one thing and will use this scenario below as an example

Mclovin: Officer! Officer!

Cop: What's wrong?

Mclovin: Well my dog was in the backyard and He got got violated by this crazy drunk guy dressed in combat gear. I yelled at him so he pulled out and ran away screaming 'Panty' and something about 'Girona dips'

Cop: when did this happen?

Mclovin: Oh about 2 hours ago

Cop: Why did you wait 2 hours to come see us about this?

Mclovin Well I wanted to log onto GetBig and see what everyone would suggest I do first
