I just found my anecdote interesting in lieu of police shootings. I have no idea how many cops Stephen beat up, but it was a lot. Not just the one that I saw. They never shot him or shot at him and he would always run away from them. I suspect because they knew his family and his father was highly respected among police and firefighters for his lobbying of increasing their salaries.

Having a criminal record doesn't matter. What these scumbags are doing is insinuating reason by referring to a persons past, totally discounting what actually happened during the actual encounter. It's a dumbfucks way of arguing and the dumbfucks assemble and all agree. What I find so revealing especially when it comes to message boards or comments sections on articles is that it's always the same group of people that believe the officers were in the right. Same demographics, same identifiers etc. etc.

The Reasoning For Thinking Once A Criminal, Always A Criminal, Is Because It Is True In The Vast Majority Of The Cases. A POS Is Very Likely To Remain A POS, So It Is Only Reasonable For Honest People To Rejoice When A One Man Crime Wave Is Permanently Put Out Of Commission, And We Don't Care How. I'd argue that it matters to a degree after the fact, if not much other evidence is around. For instance, if you've got a predicate violent felon on his 2nd strike, who might be going in for his 3rd, it is certainly plausible that he could have a different mind set when dealing with police than, say, a misdemeanor drug offender, etc.... And it is certainly a reasonable thing to look at in sex crimes, etc....

As with most things, lots of grey area.

Agree with this but I think a lot of people confuse deserving to be killed because of criminal history with caring if he was killed. For example the hebrew pedophile with a gun in his pocket; should be have been killed because of his record, no, do I care that he was killed? Honestly no, I do not value his life.

Then there is the whole question of was it a good shoot, which I don't have an answer to.

But like I said I will reserve my sorrow for the 4 hebrew children killed with a knife that NOBODY is talking about.

You think you are going to be out on parole, from being in prison and get a job at a school?

I don't think that's feasible really. Schools typically have very extensive background checks.

I'd say he was being harassed given the times cited. Some traffic laws are just retarded. Insurance should not be required. It used to not be a requirement at all in some states and you did not have to have insurance to drive on any roads. Car Insurance should be operated if you want YOUR car covered, not someone elses property, thus making it optional. Perhaps it can also pay for damages to other drivers and their property as well, but leave it optional or an add on to basic insurance that only covers YOUR car. If someone without insurance hits someone, then the other party should be able to use small claims and a police report to resolve it. No need for a middleman. Never understood why people are just fine with how it all operates. Its shit and government should NOT FORCE YOU to BUY A PRODUCT from the private marketplace, especially when its not needed.

I take it this guy was just trying to get to work and do everyday activities, but got caught in the snowball effect of traffic ticket hell. The rabbit hole gets deeper, but whats he supposed to do? Quit driving, lose his job, the same job that its expected to pay for insurance and these traffic fines?

Pathetic.

Anyways, This guy should be alive today and that cop should go to prison.

WHich makes me think the cop is in hot water, but he doesn't ant to piss off his listener base. Many of them (palin voters) decided guilt the moment they saw the race of the dead person.
