1 - Lee Priest: Thick, round and developed from every angle. He gets the vote because of the sheer unequalled balance between all aspects of his massive arm development.

2 - Roelly Winklaar: Just so much mass just hangs from his upper limbs, that his arms just stop the show when he’s “on”. Tough choice between him and Priest.

3 - Phil Heath: Round muscle bellies, razor triceps and huge forearms that look like they have another biceps in the flexor region.

4 - Paul Dillett: Long muscle bellies with thickness and shape.

5 - Marko Savlanein: My pick for the craziest biceps peak ever. (Marko from Finland hit the scene like a meteor in 1997, but quickly burnt out.)

Not best of all time, but in terms my personal arm GOAT I remember seeing Lou's early '90s comeback B&W photoshoot in Flex and in particular his FDB. His arms struck me at the time as almost perfectly symmetrical and aesthetic. The pic lived on my refridgerator door for quite some time (nh).

I can't find that exact shot, but if was from this shoot (below) and I'm sure a lot of you will remember the one I mean (it was only 20+ years ago after all!) Lou - $40 Western Union being wired to Ferrigno Enterprises as we speak...

And honourable mention must of course also go to Mr Robinson

Some great champs besides Arnold have had great parts to an arm without the complete armory. Ronnie Coleman had terrific biceps, with forearms and triceps that didn’t match up

Easy , His arms are complete. Biceps , triceps and forearms. Ronnie had great biceps that's about it. huge triceps but didn't match his biceps or forearms.

This a complete arm.

I agree with you, ND. People seem to forget that FOREARMS are also part of the arm and Ronnie sort of had dinky forearms. They nowhere near matched his arms, especially his biceps. Ronnies triceps were good enough.

With that said, if you took into consideration the balance between bicep, tricep and forearms, then, yes, Lees arms are more complete when compared to Ronnies.

I didn't ask you to repeat with MD said I asked you to tell me why Lee Priest has a better arm than Phil Heath. Sheer unequalled balance between all aspects of his arm development does not say that he's better than Phil Heath.Phil Heath is miles above the priest in our development.
