Right here what? He was frustrated. Dude, he got shipped to NY and saw no play time. Angry and frustrated are two different emotions. You and your spin make it sound like he through a tantrum.
Coach wanted to use him in a certain role. He's a paid professional athlete.
"Angry" and "Frustrated" are two things he should have dealt with, and then shown up and played where the coach told him to play.
I think this is WORSE than throwing a tantrum... because at least then he kicks and cries, then shows up and plays ball. Instead, he told the coach he refused to play wildcat, which was where the coach was going to use him.
Tebow isn't a team player, or he would have done the Wildcat, as the coach wanted, and yeah, the team probably would have benefitted because he would have been a large unexpected body catching the ball, he could have made some good plays.
Instead, because T"I"M Tebow had to either play QB, or refuse to play at all, he told the coach of a professional football team that he'd only play where HE wanted to play, not where the coaching staff decided was best for the team.
I know, it sucks he got shipped to NYJ and saw no playing time, and I know, he must have been hurt they chose the rookie-ish kid over him. But they did. And as a professional, his role should have been to say "I'm happy to play where the team needs me", caught 7 passes for 2 TDs, then rocked the free agency market as a solid QB who can run people over and catch passes over the top in the wildcat. Instead, he was branded "a guy who will refuse to play if the coach won't use him exactly as he wants".
Bad move by him. You can admit it.
