Rugbys goin ok, missed couple weeks with medial ligament strain, but had kick ass leg session today, leg raise and front squats wer great, then actually felt faint after at least 2 out of 3 of my leg press sets, + at least one of my SLDL sets, was actually pretty awesome lol. Intensity hehe.
Seems uv managed to put on more size now that uv focused more on powerlifting, do u think ur change away from just bodybuilding and to powerlifting has been the difference??
