The fact is, Afghanistan didn't make the list for reasons unknown. Strange, that the top 2 terrorist countries would not be included in the ban. I know the Trump nut huggers will have an excuse for this.  Trump is their daddy.

This happened because the congress has happily abdicated much of its authority courts on almost every possible subject. This judge was able to stay a national EO without once citing constitutionality, statute or 200 years of case law. His opinion was basically, "it's mean".

Not only should this judge be impeached for judicial incompetence, but congress needs to assert itself immediately under Art. III, sec 2 of the Constitution to slap the lower courts down hard.

Ruled by unelected, lifetime tenured leftists will not stand.

This week on "Justice", Judge Jeanine Pirro criticized U.S. District Judge James Robart's ruling halting implementation of President Trump's executive order barring immigration from several countries in the Middle East.

"This halt needs to be reversed, it will be reversed," she said, "It is eminently constitutional and will be upheld on both legal precedent and national security grounds."

Robart, of the Western District of Washington, ordered the ban be lifted last week after the State Attorney General Robert Ferguson sued Trump.
