"This halt needs to be reversed, it will be reversed," she said, "It is eminently constitutional and will be upheld on both legal precedent and national security grounds."
Robart, of the Western District of Washington, ordered the ban be lifted last week after the State Attorney General Robert Ferguson sued Trump.

Citing the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, Pirro said Trump is on sound legal footing to institute such an executive order.
"This Judge Robart from Seattle issues an emergency temporary restraining order on the grounds that the plaintiffs... will suffer irreparable harm," she said, "There is no explanation of what harm they will suffer or why they should win."She added that in 2016, Robart, a George W. Bush appointee, uttered the phrase "black lives matter" in his courtroom last year and is known for community activism.
Pirro said the protesters objecting to Trump's order have no right to destroy private property or assault other people:
"You tender snowflakes, so distressed, so fearful of free speech... must be schizophrenic because now you're dressed in black looking to burn down buildings."
