personalized implied somebody else (or maybe even I) designed a special sort of keto diet. that wasn't it. keto is 80/20, like I said, and this isn't anything anywhere close.

Why are you being defensive? Eat what you want. I wish you success in whatever it is you are trying to achieve. If you can stuff 4 lbs. of chicken breasts into your mouth in one day without vomiting, you sure can do something I couldn't/wouldn't do. But then, I wouldn't eat tasteless and burnt egg whites either.

4lb chickn really isn't that much, i have the first tray in one meal and the second in another. don't know why so many of you guys are thinking it's this great feat. very easy to eat it in one go.
