if you keep your arms to your side you better have some good wheels on you

not too big, just a good mix of quads and hams and very explosive muscle fibrers so you can quickly move outta the way if a punch gets thrown your way

train like a olympic sprinter, it may one day save your life



I used to be an excellent sprinter back when I played rugby, I recently had a dream where I was sprinting , I couldn't run as fast as I used to (probably the duvet restricting my movements) when I woke up I told my wife I was going to do some sprint training again, she just said "don't be so daft you haven't broke into a jog for 30 years"

Maybe I will work up to sprinting rather than going all out and my body falling apart.

Interim report. Arms the biggest in 5 years. Getting progressively stronger as well. Very pleasing to be growing at my age. Biceps-Supinator is awesome after the last modification. Absolutely brutal workouts. Training twice a week. Have to avoid aggravating somewhat tender right arm. Hurt it back in 1965 doing 250 pullovers on a bench. Tennis elbow from javelin throwing. I need a lot of sets to warm up. After the third light set most of the tenderness evaporates.Tore right biceps in 1977 doing a 509 pound deadlift. Silly movement for bodybuilders. I can't use much weight in the supination part of training biceps.

I should reach 18 inch cold arms in a month. No way that twink DJ will surpass my gains.

need to clean up the diet a bit i.e. cut down on pizzas and mcds fries and colas and add in chicken breasts and tuna

also drop the pro powder as REAL FOOD specially tuna and chicken breasts pwn the living shit out of it, rather like i pwn the fuck out of stmulating erections gf and sister when i nail them in da ass nice and hard with my big powerful c0ck

would also like some feedback regarding my tris (ie. do i need more lateral head, long head, etc),from the fellas who know wot dey talkin bout like njflex, bequeer, esf, illpuckinglatti etc

I think if you went for more of a muscular look, instead of the eating disorder look, your build would improve.

im not about that

im pissed because i aint getting much work/jobs and im doing an experiment on datting apps and its going not as expected

im putting a real handsome guys pic just to test/experiment and he aint getting much love so it seems that even the models get fucked by the numbers game

-if you are going on gear and reagining muscle, why not train your whole body equally as hard and build an impressive physique, ie why build up so called big arms juiced up at 160lbsripped/6ft(oh brother Roll Eyes ) when you can build up equally a so called asthetic physique overall juiced up with slightly better everything?

seems like a waste of winstrol and possible deca to just try to build biceps and triceps up a bit more while neglecting everything else and basically be a twink with nothing but 15 inch ripped arms

-2 you post the same 10-20 year old pics all the time, UPSIDE DOWN CUP CHALLENGE SHIRT OFF FRONT OF BODY FACING PICTURE OR STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME AND BEING A JOKE.

I would stop or at least cut down on making fun if you did this and it would give you some credibility

what you will find is me saying over and over again that i want to be pretty and not more than a buck 75

i search for the body beautiful and in my opinion 165-175 @ 5% IS THE BODY BEAUTIFUL

kinda like this... 165-175 @ 5% with 17 inch arms but i guess i will have to settle for 16-16.5 cos legit 17's @ 165-175 5% is VERY VERY OUTSTANDING and i have only seen one guy do it, a black dude with legs smaller than mine,,but oh those arms on him  Tongue
