Never knew that. I don't follow every thread. Again, all you need to do is post gym pics with "SF1900" in it and that would legitimize you.
I second this motion. SF1900, it's time to put this gimmick nonsense to rest. A simple picture of your massive, white arms, with a hand written "SF1900" would suffice.

Is there any merit in pinching the shoulder blades together while bench pressing? I read using that technique involves more chest and less shoulders. Or, is it just broscience? I guess something like this

yep. shoulders pinched. elbows tucked in. let elbiows almost come down in front of you as opposed to at the side. bar down to nipple line. it may feel uncomfortable to start with. but stick with it and your numbers will increase pretty quickly. also will massively negate shoulder problems benching like that.
Clearly, that is not the case for me, as my back is perhaps my top bodypart, and my bench press sucks.I think I may be back/shoulder and arm dominant because my chest SUCKS!!
