Laura Phelps-Sweatt benches 505 pounds at 165 pounds bodyweight, which is unbelievable. How does she do it? Let’s look at her speed day. Laura’s raw bench is 335 pounds,

Her bench shirt adds 170lbs to her lift.

Bench shirts are bullshit.should not count.

If you don`t have the genetic propensity to be a big bencher, there`s not too hellish much you can do to become one.

Here`s a few tips I wrote about a few years ago:

https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wescott1.htm
That means starting with a one rep max of 315LBS on his first try in high school like Dennis Cieri?  ;D

It still leaves you with a female benching 335 at 165

The top fat boys can get 300 pounds extra on those bench FACT

And if you get Great wraps and squat suits that can also give you 300 pounds extra

As far as deads go none of that equipement will give you much extra

I don't want to be legitimized. I don't care. I am not the one who started the trolling/rumor, therefore, I have nothing to prove.

However, I guess this sort of legitimizes my statement, as this was made from the gimmick Jon Harridan in 2013. Other than that, believe what you want--Ill live to see another day.  :D :D

That thread was legend! (http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=459069.0). With, among other things, the Caucasian colossus Jon Harridan outsizing all manner of tiny tits.

Never knew that.  I don't follow every thread.

Again, all you need to do is post gym pics with "SF1900" in it and that would legitimize you.

I second this motion.  SF1900, it's time to put this gimmick nonsense to rest.  A simple picture of your massive, white arms, with a hand written "SF1900" would suffice.   ;)

;D ;D This thread is gold. I'm only six pages in, but BigRo has already emasculated Galeniko with a brutally festive 'most muscular', and Big Jon Harridan is swinging those monstrous ham-fists around like a man possessed! He can't be stopped!

Is there any merit in pinching the shoulder blades together while bench pressing? I read using that technique involves more chest and less shoulders. Or, is it just broscience?

I guess something like this

yep. shoulders pinched. elbows tucked in. let elbiows almost come down in front of you as opposed to at the side. bar down to nipple line.

it may feel uncomfortable to start with. but stick with it and your numbers will increase pretty quickly. also will massively negate shoulder problems benching like that.

I tried it once and it was awkward but I felt it more in my chest. Maybe I'll get back to that form.

Clearly, that is not the case for me, as my back is perhaps my top bodypart, and my bench press sucks.

I think I may be back/shoulder and arm dominant because my chest SUCKS!! It's pretty flat.

Im a lifetime natural. Yes, I realize I am nothing special, but never claimed to be.

ps: flame away getbiggers

I don't want to get shredded. I don't compete. Its not healthy to walk out "shredded."

I have good blood work. I care more about health than a particular look. My BMI is in a respectable range and not unhealthy.
