Bench press - 1x3 and 7x2 then less weight 6,5,4,4,4,3 and then less weight 1x11 pump set
Power cleans - light for technique 8x2
Wide lat pulldowns - 2 sets to failure
Leg curls - 1 set to failure
Bent over barbell curls - 1 sets to failure
Reverse wrist roller - 1 set till fatigued
Airdyne - 10x10sec sprint intervals
