It's that time, almost 3 weeks in, started prep at 205 lbs, training 4 times a week, no cardio. Currently training 5 times a week, cardio 3 days a week 30 minutes a session. First pic 1 week in 203 lbs, second pic 2 weeks in 199 pounds. Just a sneak peek. Flame away

Thanks Wes, never really got fat this off season, just steady increase in weight while keeping visible abs. So hopefully I can just coast and diet slowly into the show, no rushing this time.

Thanks, yeah I agree, just want to take my time not rush it, but I have a pretty good idea when I'll compete.

Haha..awesome to see you still around dude! Thanks for the constructive criticism, shoulders never been great but have improved dramatically. I have to disagree with you on the width critique, but also can improve that always. Clavicles..cant do much about it.

Regardless if he's natural or not I gotta give him credit, he's steadily made improvements over the years. Can see the muscle maturity coming through too.
