Times have def changed then, haven’t kept up with the NPC at all but back the day the NPC physiques in some ways better quality than ifbb, and competitors and depth were tougher

Me posting selfies is utter lunacy. Hopefully, I deleted that one fast enough. There is no trace of it on any of my personal equipment. I think I look okay for someone my age, but I'm no bodybuilder at 165 lbs. At least I've learned to crop off my mug.
