Like with most things today on the InterWebz, if you take them seriously they can make you despair for the fate of humanity...

But if you just take things for sh1ts and giggles, he was entertaining - absolutely.  Slapping Genova, the pr0n videos, the penguins gif, the skin cancer, him shouting the n-word, the vid of him f**ked up on crushed Oxy's... a fine example of a slow motion train-wreck...

Ive posted about this years ago: his meal prep service was legit. the service was amazing (always on time, the consistency in the meals) the price was decent, plus they were bodybuilding calorie dense  too.  when I was bulking I ordered 21 meals per week (3 per day) the 2 meals i had were eggs/oats and a shake.

if your goal is gain size/beef up. meal prep services are the way to go. you are forced to eat big

Yes, because putting those together yourself is so time consuming..
