Ram for 30 minutes at 5am

Worked 630-430 today.

Walked 45 minutes at 530.

Swam 20 minutes at 645.

Just did calves, forearms and abs supersetted for 30 minutes.

Now laying in bed.

that’s brutal. I worked arms with all supersets almost non-stop the whole workout then walked 30 minutes with a 36 lbs. weighted vest.Got a good afternoon nap and am thinking about doing the weighted walking again tonight

Yeah it was haha, love supersetting just awesome pumps and gets a lot done quicker. Hows walking with a weighted vest feel? I feel so much better walking being down 40 lbs not sure I’d want to add weight back on with a vest haha.

What you using for weight for 5 sets of 20? I’ve been going lighter on chest and doing really slow negatives for high reps and my chest is getting better than ever. All I ever got when I benched heavy 400-500lbs was big ass front delts and big tris.

walking with the vest felt very awkward at first. I would feel like my upper back was cramping as I walked but now I barely notice I have the vest on until I take it off.Hell I feel like I can fly then

I can't even say I am still holding back as worried about reinjury getting stronger quicker than I can really be fully healing. For example I had planned to drop down to sets of 12 after my 2nd set added more weight still easily got 20 the last 3 sets. That is kind of where I am at right now planned a set of 20 last set and got 30 today planned a last set of 25 and got 50 yesterday. So yeah can add weight but taking it slow. Not getting injured is more important than killing it consistency is what counts.

Chest 45 minutes 230 what does that mean? But yeah I believe walking and swimming is not only great exercise but also good for the soul keep it up

I had same issue as you for years I used my delts to bench which is why I had shoulder issues. Now I do more reps lighter weight and really concentrate on making the chest do the work

I was literally asked if I play football the other day at Walmart not like did I play in college but like do I currently play in the NFL. I live in a resort vacation area they thought I was an NFL player on Vacation why because I am fucking jacked even in clothes. I have massive vascular forearms just hanging out and yes my shoulders are massive I am wide as fuck

Abs have never been a goal. I don't even train abs.  I am actually bulking. I just have abs because I train and eat correctly. They stabilize everything you do if you don't have abs your workout and diet is dogshit. We can all be at different stages of getting huge but if you don't have abs do you really train? There is no excuse to be soft. Unless you are 300lbs and bulking doing strongman contest you should have abs. Even girls who train have abs that is like step one to being an athlete a given then its how big are your arms but without abs arms don't count without arms abs don't count.

I have a feeling you will die pretty soon with all your health issues

I went to school with a guy who did motocross ever since he was a small child.He never lifted a weight but had the freakiest forearms I ever saw or have ever seen to this day.
